De La Salle Institute and the Office of Education of the District of San Francisco New Orleans are now accepting applications for the full-time positions of Director of Formation for Mission and Director of Board Formation.
Applications will be accepted through February 4, 2022. Zoom interviews are scheduled to begin as early as the week of February 7, 2022, with both positions to be filled by March 25.
The Director of Formation for Mission works primarily through accompaniment, virtual support, and resource development to orient all new faculty and staff of the District’s schools to its Lasallian charism, identity, and educational mission.
The Director of Board Formation Primarily works primarily through accompaniment, virtual support. ongoing advising, workshops and consultation, and resource development to train all new Trustees of each of the District’s schools in stewardship of their Lasallian charism, identity, and educational mission, and also in the tenets of the Policy Governance® model of school governance.
