Christian Brothers Are Honored at Golden Anniversary
of La Salle High School in Pasadena

To help La Salle High School, Pasadena, celebrate its golden anniversary, De La Salle Christian Brothers who had taught at the school during the past five decades joined current faculty members at the assembly for “FSC Day.” The assembly began with a solemn candlelight dance, with music by the La Salle band, a video about the life of Saint John Baptist de la Salle, and a choral rendition of the Lasallian hymn Honneur à toi. Each Brother received a commemorative pen as a gift.
Other events at the school during Catholic Schools Week included Teen Issues Day, Teacher Appreciation Day, and the Alumni Awards Dinner.

La Salle High School in Pasadena was founded in 1956 as a school for boys and became coeducational in 1991.
